QR 4 IT is a product of Talk 2 Owner B.V. which is part of Lazymen Solutions B.V. This privacy statement will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our services.
About our privacy policy
Talk 2 Owner B.V. cares greatly about your privacy. We exclusively process data that we need for (improving) our services, and carefully handle all information gathered about you and your usage of our services. Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial goals. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Talk 2 Owner B.V. The starting date for the validity of these terms and conditions is 18/04/2024, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions is canceled. This privacy policy describes what information about you is collected by us, what this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions this data could be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data, how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have regarding the personal data you provide us.

You directly or indirectly provide us with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register an account with us

- Make a payment for one of our paid subscription plans
How will we use your data?
We collect your data so that we can do the following:
- Use your email address to identify you when logging in to our systems
- Use your email address to send you notifications of events in our systems
- Use your Firstname, lastname, residence details and bankaccount or creditcard number to handle payments and invoices
How do we store your data?
We securely store your account related data in the cloud at Google. We use Google Firebase as our data storage provider. All firebase services are certified according to international standards. Please see Googles Privacy & Security page for more details.
Any payment data you provide with us is stored with our payment provider (see payment) as well as our accounting provider (see accounting)
Marketing
We do not use your data for marketing purposes. We highly value privacy and therefore we will never share or sell your privacy sensitive data in any way.
Payment
We use the Buckaroo platform to process payments in our online store. Buckaroo processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Buckaroo has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Buckaroo reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and in this context to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Buckaroo’s services for which they engage third parties. Buckaroo does not store your data for longer than is permitted by the legal terms.
Accounting
We use the AFAS platform to process invoices for payments made in our online store. AFAS processes your name, address and residence details. AFAS has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. AFAS reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and in this context to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of AFAS services for which they engage third parties. AFAS does not store your data for longer than is permitted by the legal terms.
What are your data protection rights?
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- You have the right to request us for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
- You have the right to request we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. you also have the right to request us to complete information you believe is incomplete.
- You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- You have the right to object to processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
